A curveball is a breaking pitch in baseball thrown with a grip and hand movement that gives down and/or sideways spin to the ball. It is therefore considered a type of breaking ball for the spin causes a curveball to "break" or drop down and sweep horizontally as it approaches home plate.

Ralph Sampson came into the NBA as a 7-foot-4 phenom, a three-time College Player of the Year, and the No. 1 pick in the 1983 NBA Draft.[1]
For his first three years with the Houston Rockets, Sampson averaged 20.7 points and 10.9 rebounds. He was NBA Rookie of the Year and a four-time All-Star,but with bad knees it cut his NBA Career short.

Nolan Ryan played in a major league record 27 seasons for the New York Mets, California Angels, Houston Astros, and Texas Rangers, from 1966 to 1993. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999. He is the all time leader in strikeouts with 5,714. Also, Nolan Ryan is the all-time leader in no-hitters with seven, three more than any other pitcher. Nolan Ryan is now the president of the Texas Rangers.
Rollie Fingers is a former relief pitcher and played from 1968-1985. He played for the Oakland Athletics, San Diego Padres, and the Milwaukee Brewers. In addition to his pitching ability, he was noted for his handlebar moustache which he originally grew to get a $300 bonus from the Athletics owner. Fingers is regarded as a pioneer of modern relief pitching. He has 341 saves and is ranked 10th all time. He defined the role of the closer for years to come.
The Texas Bluebonnet Flower is native to Texas. It is the "State Flower of Texas" since 1972. Most commonly seen along roadsides. Bluebonnets grow best on sloped areas in the sun.

Separation Anxiety-Separation anxiety is a psychological condition in which an individual has excessive anxiety regarding separation from home or from people to whom the individual has a strong emotional attachment (like a father and mother).
Robert Redford was born in California in 1936. His mother died in 1955, the year after he graduated from high school. After high school he studied at the Pratt institute of Art and lived the life of a painter in Europe. Redford then came back to America and studied acting in New York at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Redford played on television, stage, and in movies. His genuine all-American good looks landed him many leads. Redford also directed some of his own movies. He won one Oscar and 5 Golden Globes.

Major League Baseball player Robin Yount spent his entire career with the Milwaukee Brewers (1974–1993). A first-round draft pick in 1973, he was an All-Star in 1980, 1982, and 1983. Yount collected more hits in the1980s than any other player and won a Gold Glove Award in 1982. He was A.L. MVP in 1982 (as shortstop) and 1989 (as outfielder), one of a few players to win the award playing different postions. Yount collected his 3,000th career hit in 1992 and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999, his first year of eligibility. --Caitlin

Max Apple, a Jewish man, was born in 1963. He holds a Ph.D. He has held several positions at universities, including Rice University in Huston and Reed College in Portland. His major works include The Oranging of America, Zip: A Novel of the Left and the Right, The Propheteers, and the short story collection, Free Agents. He also wrote a story, "Will and Walt, which details Walt Disney's imaginary friend Will and their quest to build the perfect dreamworld. Max Apple has been compared with Woody Allen.
